What this brings in visitors depends on your theme and your region. We promise you no numbers.

A verified profile

Specialisms, approach, rate, certificates and your LinkedIn. We check it by hand before it goes public, and your profile appears on the matching theme and location pages.

Own self-scans and training courses

Publish a self-scan or a training under your own name, and write articles for the knowledge base. When someone answers the guide with questions that match your themes, you appear in that result.

Match requests in your dashboard

Requests arrive in one place. You see in advance which invoicing route applies and decide for yourself who you continue with.

Newsletters to your clients

Send your own clients a message from the platform, with the unsubscribe option and the consent record already taken care of.

A private coaching space per client

A room of its own per client, with materials, assignments, chat and mail. What is shared there stays between the two of you: the paying employer never sees the content.

What do you keep?

Do the maths yourself: at 12 hours at your own hourly rate you keep that full amount. We take no percentage of it. You only pay the monthly price of your package, whatever your revenue.

  • You determine your own rates per session or per programme.
  • The subscription can be cancelled monthly, with no set-up fee and no minimum term. Your profile stays yours.
  • No exclusivity: you are free to work elsewhere and keep your own clients.

How you get paid

Two routes, and they do not work the same way

The client pays for themselves

You agree your rate and your cancellation terms directly with them. We charge no commission and withhold nothing.

Reallead is not a party to that agreement: we do not collect payment and we guarantee nothing.

The employer pays

You invoice per calendar month. Your document is ready on the first of the following month, the payment term is 14 days and payment is made on the 15th.

If a participant cancels less than 24 hours in advance, that uses up a session and it is paid in full.

Your rate is passed on to the employer unchanged and without any mark-up.

This route is opt-in: you accept the framework agreement, switch on employer-funded work in your profile and accept each engagement individually.

For employer-funded engagements there is a maximum of €300 per hour; that is the ceiling the employer uses to calculate their budget. What is written here is a summary; where it differs, the framework agreement you accepted prevails. Read the terms

You coach in your coaching space

A private room per client with materials, assignments, chat and mail. An employer-funded engagement covers 12 billable hours within 6 months of the first session.

What you can honestly expect

Reallead is growing step by step. We don't promise you a specific number of requests: how many you receive depends on your profile, your specialisation and the number of seekers. What we do is make you visible to everyone searching for your specialisation, and provide you with a secure environment to work professionally.
