For businesses

Invest in your people, see it reflected in your organisation.

Reallead makes it easy to offer coaching to your employees. They choose a verified coach themselves and work with them confidentially. You make it possible, without oversight.

  • Lower risk of attrition and absenteeism, read the substantiation
  • We do not earn anything from the hourly rate of the coach your employee chooses
  • One agreement with us, and you only pay for the coaching hours delivered

One day of absenteeism can quickly cost an employer around 400 euros (ArboNed). Early intervention is cheaper than repair: in the whitepaper, you can read the figures and sources.

Privacy remains paramount: employees always stay in control. How this is ensured

Team on the work floor
How it works

Easy sign-up, privacy first

You invite employees

As an employer you invite employees with a secure, personal invitation. Taking part is always voluntary.

The employee stays in control

The employee decides whether and how to take part. Signing them up does NOT give you access.

Finding the right coach confidentially

The employee finds a suitable coach in peace and quiet and works safely with them via the platform, just like our private users.

What you do see, and what you never see

The employee stays in control of their own journey, from start to finish.

Signing up is not the same as having insight. This is the complete list, and it is also stated as such in your contract.

As an employer, you will never see substantive data from Reallead: no self-scan results, no chat or email content, no coach's name, and not the coaching request.

What you do see
  • That an employee is linked to your organisation.
  • The first and last name of an employee to whom a spot has been allocated, and the date of that allocation.
  • Numbers at group level, and the bundle status: how many of your spots have been used and until when they are valid.
  • The total number of coaching hours delivered and the number of programmes across which these are distributed, only pertaining to employees who separately gave consent for this, and only for the entire organisation combined.
  • If you choose invoicing via Reallead: the total amount per period, aggregated and not itemised.

Nothing more than that. The fact that someone uses a spot says nothing about what it is about or how it is going.

What you never see
  • The coaching question and the coach's name.
  • Results of self-scans and the content of chat or email messages.
  • The progress, number of sessions, or number of hours of an individual employee. This prohibition applies without exception, even if you could infer something about one person from a group figure.
  • The moment a programme started.
  • Whether a programme has started, is ongoing, has been completed or has stopped, unless your employee gives separate permission for it. They can withdraw that permission at any time.

One nuance, which we prefer to tell you beforehand: the coach usually invoices the programme directly to you, so you will see their name on the invoice. Reallead will then only invoice the fixed fee per spot.

If you do not want this, there is an option where you pay the coaching costs through us: you will then receive one amount per period from us, and the coach's name will not be visible. That option comes with every bundle in the scale, and we will discuss whether it suits your organisation during the proposal.

  • Insight is only possible with separate, active consent from the employee, which they can withdraw at any time.
  • At most you share a coarse status at a high level, and only if the employee themselves consents to it.
  • Does the employee refuse access? The coaching simply continues. The choice changes nothing about the guidance.
What it costs

Two amounts, both with an upper limit you know in advance

You do not pay a package price that includes the coach with us. You pay a fixed fee per spot to Reallead, and additionally for the hours of the coach your employee chooses. There is no surcharge on these hours: what the coach charges is what you pay. This means you never pay for hours that have not been provided.

1. A fixed fee per spot, to us

One spot is one programme for one employee: 12 coaching hours, to be completed within 180 days after the first session. For this, you pay us a fixed fee in advance. This includes everything: the platform, the private coaching space, the self-scans, inviting employees without a maximum, administration, and a replacement coach if there isn't a good match.

2. The coach's hours, at cost price

Your employee chooses a coach themselves. That coach has their own hourly rate, and you pay exactly that rate, multiplied by the hours actually provided. No surcharge, no mediation margin and no administration costs. We earn exclusively from the fixed fee from step 1.

For programmes paid for by an employer, we apply a cap of 300 euros per hour excluding VAT. What the amount will be within that cap, we will discuss in the proposal.

3. What you don't pay for

Hours that have not been provided. If a programme stops after five hours, you pay for five hours. If a programme comes to nothing, there are no coaching costs. There is no subscription, no tacit renewal and no direct debit.

A spot only leaves your bundle when a coach accepts the request. If the coach does not accept, your employee withdraws the request, or it expires, nothing is used. Once the assignment commences, the fixed fee per spot remains, even if the assignment stops prematurely or your employee leaves employment. That spot does not become available again, as a decreasing counter would reveal that someone's assignment did not proceed.

What you pay us in advance

This is the only amount you pay in advance. The coaching costs only arise after hours have been provided.

Fixed fee per spot, per bundle size, excluding VAT
Bundle Spots Fixed fee per spot To be paid in advance
Pilot 5 € 295 € 1,475
Default 10 € 275 € 2,750
Volume 25 € 250 € 6,250

All amounts are excluding VAT. A bundle is valid for 12 months and bundles are stackable. On your quotation and invoice, the fixed fee per spot is called the guidance fee; this is the same amount.

What you agree to, in broad terms.

Why this is not open-ended

  • A spot is a maximum of 12 coaching hours within 180 days. More guidance means a second spot, and you purchase that consciously.
  • We fix the coach's hourly rate at the moment they are introduced to your employee. After that, it cannot increase for that programme, even if the coach raises their rate later.
  • For employer-paid programmes, there is a ceiling of 300 euros per hour, excluding VAT. We review the coach's rate before they are presented to your employee, and we adhere to that ceiling.
  • You never receive a back-charge for hours within an ongoing programme, and we never ask for approval per employee.

This allows you to calculate your maximum in advance: the number of spots multiplied by 12 hours multiplied by the hourly rate, plus the fixed fee per spot. In your proposal, we calculate this for you, including the reference date.

Calculation tool

Calculate with your own absenteeism figures

Enter what you know about your own organisation. We transparently calculate what absenteeism currently costs and when an investment in coaching is recouped, using public sources, a visible formula, and honest bandwidths instead of promises.

Do you want to compare this to the cost of a bundle? The cost of spots is listed above.

How many employees would follow a programme? Never more than the total number of employees.

National average 2025 (CBS). Enter your own figure if you know it.

Average for SMEs (ArboNed). Adjust to your labour costs.

Advanced settings

Calculation convention: 260 weekdays minus holiday and public holidays. Adjust if you calculate differently.

If you leave this blank, we will calculate a sample amount per programme: the fixed fee per spot plus 12 coaching hours at a common hourly rate. Enter your own quotation or budget amount.

We do not save your input. The calculation happens on our server and appears below.

Integration with your own systems

A secure integration with your own HR system

Do you work with your own HR or absence management system? Upon request, you can integrate it with Reallead via a secure connection (API). This allows you to register employees for coaching directly from your own environment, without separate lists or manual work. The integration is deliberately kept narrow: no more data flows through than strictly necessary, and substantive information always remains outside.

Your own, shielded key

Your organization receives its own access key for the integration. This key is yours alone, is not shared, and exclusively grants access to your own employees. One organization's key can never access another organization's data.

Registering from your own system

Through the integration, you invite an employee for coaching, directly from your own HR environment. The integration does not do more than that by default. Registering does not give you insight into the training.

At most, high-level status

Only if the employee actively gives their consent can you retrieve a high-level status via the integration: for example, whether a training has started, is ongoing, or has been completed. Never more detail than that, and never anything substantive.

The connection is encrypted during transport (TLS). Every time a status is retrieved, this is recorded in the employee's own activity overview.

Legally reviewed

This is how the privacy of your employees is ensured

The integration has been legally reviewed in advance and is deliberately designed so that, as an employer, you cannot see more than is permitted. The safeguards below are not a promise on paper, but are inherent in how the platform operates.

  • Consent is the only gateway. Without the employee's active consent, you see nothing about their training, even with a working integration. The employee gives consent themselves, separately and consciously.
  • The content boundary is in the system, not in an agreement. Self-scan results, chat and email content, the coach's name, the support request and progress per section cannot technically be exported via the link. Not even by accident.
  • Revoking works immediately and without consequences. If the employee revokes consent, access stops immediately. After that, it is not possible to see whether they ever gave consent or never did; both appear identical to you. This way, a choice can never work against someone.
  • Every access is recorded. Each time a status is retrieved, this appears in the employee's activity overview: transparent and without content. The employee can therefore always see what has been requested.
  • Strictly separated per organization. Each organization works with its own, shielded key. Your employees' data is not accessible to another organization, and vice versa.
  • Encrypted transport. Traffic between your own system and Reallead uses an encrypted connection (TLS).

Would you like to review the legal substantiation? Ask about it during a demo, we would be happy to go through the safeguards with you.

This is what it looks like

Each screen shows exactly one thing

The screens below are from a demo environment with fictitious data. They illustrate what the safeguards look like in practice.

Employee screen with a toggle to turn sharing of the high-level status with the employer on or off, with a button to revoke consent.

Status sharing is only possible if the employee enables it themselves here, and revokes it with one click.

Why this screen: The entire promise of employer insight hinges on one switch, and that switch is with the employee. A text can claim that; here you see it's a button he himself operates, with 'Revoke' directly next to it.

Employer screen that only displays a high-level status, for example, 'Program in progress, last activity July 3', without further content.

The employer will not see more than a high-level status and a date. No content, no coach name, no support request.

Why this screen: This is the cross-check. You observe from the employer's seat, and what stands out is not what is there but what is missing. A boundary only becomes credible when you see it from the other side of the table.

Employee activity overview with a line 'Employer has requested your status, July 3 14:12', without content.

Every time the employer requests the status, the employee sees this reflected in their own activity overview.

Why this screen: A boundary you cannot control is no more than a promise. Here, every retrieval with date and time is in the employee's own overview, so he doesn't have to take our word for it.

Management screen with a masked, organization-specific API key such as 'sk_demo with dots 1234', with buttons to regenerate or revoke it.

Each organization has its own key, always displayed masked and revocable at any time.

Why this screen: When linking to your HR system, the first question from every security officer is who can access which data. This screen is the answer: one key per organisation, never fully visible, and can be invalidated with one click.

Frequently asked questions about business coaching

My employee is stressed. May I, as an employer, view what is discussed in the coaching?

No. The content of the programme remains between your employee and the coach. As an employer, Reallead will never provide you with substantive data: no self-scan results, no chat or email content, not the request for help, and not the coach's name. What you do see is fixed in your contract: which employees were allocated a spot and when, numbers at group level, and the status of your bundle. Only if an employee gives separate permission for it themselves, will you see a high-level status of their programme; they can withdraw that permission at any time. Reallead operates according to the GDPR, with a secure connection and strict access control per coaching space.

Is coaching reimbursed by the employer?

That varies per organisation. Reallead enables employers to offer and reimburse coaching; whether and how much is reimbursed is determined by your employer. An employer purchases a bundle of slots for this, and your employee chooses their own coach within that bundle. What it costs and what the employer will and will not see is explained above on this page.

How does coaching work for teams?

As an employer, you invite employees with a secure, personal invitation. Participation is voluntary: the employee chooses a suitable coach themselves and collaborates confidentially with them via the platform, just like our private users.

Does my employer see what I discuss with my coach?

No. As an employer, Reallead will not show you any substantive data: no self-scan results, no chat or email content, and not the request for help. One nuance regarding the coach's name: by default, the coach invoices the programme directly to the employer, and then their name appears on that invoice. If the employer chooses to be invoiced via Reallead, the coach's name also remains out of sight. Access to substantive data is only possible with separate, active permission from the employee, which they can withdraw at any time.

Why do I pay Reallead separately, in addition to the coach?

Because we are not the coach. We ensure your employee can find a suitable coach in peace, that there is a private space for collaboration, that a replacement is available if there is no match, and that you, as an employer, do not see any substantive data. For this, you pay a fixed fee per spot. There is no surcharge, no mediation margin, and no administration costs on the coach's hours. On your quote and invoice, this fixed fee is called the guidance fee; that is the same amount.

Can I approve which employee receives a programme?

No, and that is by design. You manage in two ways: how many spots you purchase and who you invite. Who uses a spot and with which coach is up to your employee. If you could approve that, you would also know who is seeking help, and that is precisely what we do not want.

What happens to spots I don't use?

A bundle is valid for 12 months. Spots you do not use during that period will expire and will not be refunded. Bundles are stackable, though: if you purchase additional spots later, we will always use the spot that expires first. There is no subscription, no tacit renewal, and no automatic direct debit.

Is Reallead for businesses already available?

We are carefully building the employer function with a prior legal review; employer insight is not yet available. Leave your details via the form, and we will contact you as soon as more information is available.
