Je bouwt en schaalt het Reallead-platform (Django, Postgres): matching, coachruimtes en veilige communicatie. Je denkt mee over architectuur, privacy-by-design (AVG) en performance.
Je zet Reallead op de kaart bij zowel coaches als zoekenden: SEO/GEO, content, campagnes en de founding-coach-werving. Je werkt datagedreven (Search Console, later Ahrefs/Similarweb) en schrijft scherpe NL-copy.
Je bouwt de aanbodkant: coaches werven, onboarden en tevreden houden, plus eerste zakelijke partnerships (werkgevers). Je bewaakt kwaliteit (verificatie) en verzamelt feedback voor het product.
