What does a team coach do?

A team coach works not with one person but with an entire team, focusing primarily on the interplay. This includes how decisions are made, who speaks up and who disengages, and what tensions remain unspoken. In guided sessions, the coach makes these patterns visible and helps the team practice different behaviors. For instance, this involves addressing each other, discussing conflicts instead of avoiding them, and making agreements that hold even when pressure increases.
