What exactly is employee coaching?
An employee works one-on-one with a coach for several sessions on a personal theme: workload, career questions, setting boundaries, leadership, or preventing burnout. Unlike therapy, the emphasis is on functioning and development, not on treatment. The employee chooses a coach who fits their question; this makes the process their own, and that's precisely why it works.

Can I, as an employer, look in?
No, and this is intentionally arranged this way. The content of the process remains between your employee and the coach. As an employer, you never receive substantive data: no self-scan results, no chat or email content, not the request for help, and not the coach's name. What you do see is fixed in your contract: which employees were assigned a spot and when, numbers at group level, and the status of your bundle. Only if an employee explicitly gives separate permission will you see a high-level status of their process, and they can withdraw that permission at any time. It is precisely this separation that enables employees to confidently use the offer.
